Paul Dwight

Paul Dwight was one of Morrison Academy’s greatest runners. Holder of our 800m and 1500m records for several years he is the only athlete from Morrison to medal at Taiwan’s National All-Island Track and Field Meet with silvers in the 800m and 1500m in 1976. Paul was, also, a fine all-around athlete. He was starting point guard on the basketball team which went 68-2 over a two year span and won two Hong Kong Holiday Tournaments. He is the all-time basketball assist leader with 305 assists and he is 4th in career steals with 198. In soccer he was captain of our undefeated soccer team in 1974 and was captain and MVP of the soccer team in 1975.
